O estudo do uso dos lexemas verbais derivados de &#8211;<em>duzir <\/em>mostra, por\u00e9m, que existe pelo menos um campo lexical capaz de significar diferentes tipos de causa\u00e7\u00e3o em m\u00faltiplos dom\u00ednios (f\u00edsico, psicol\u00f3gico, social, inferencial, discursivo) e tanto no uso vulgar quanto no uso cient\u00edfico dos seus termos, definindo assim um mesmo vocabul\u00e1rio para o mental e o f\u00edsico.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">   O seu enraizamento na gram\u00e1tica da l\u00edngua explica-se, provavelmente, pela sua utilidade para simbolizar\u200b, categorizar e explorar as diferentes din\u00e2micas de causa\u00e7\u00e3o e controlo que definem o ambiente f\u00edsico e social que cada falante habita e para interpretar, narrativa e retrospectivamente\u200b, a experi\u00eancia humana nas suas m\u00faltiplas dimens\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">   Consequentemente, em vez da dicotomia usual entre causalidade f\u00edsica e causalidade mental e em vez de uma antinomia sem\u00e2ntica entre raz\u00f5es e causas, importa reconhecer o parentesco entre <em>Raz\u00e3o<\/em> e <em>Causa<\/em>: s\u00e3o categorias an\u00e1logas de uma mesma rede sem\u00e2ntica e t\u00eam uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o semi\u00f3tica comum: simbolizar e explicitar a trama de implica\u00e7\u00f5es entre os fen\u00f3menos percebidos ou concebidos.
